This sculpture is part of the Garden of Souvenirs series, which explores the concept of transformative potential during times of change. The garden serves as a metaphorical space for these ideas, with each piece in the series—conceived during the pandemic—reflecting on what is being cultivated within our social landscape.

The spheres in this series symbolize the various states society moves through. Just as the Earth has its own energy centers, similar to the subtle energy pathways within our bodies, these centers create a grid system that transmits frequencies across the planet, connecting to other worlds and constellations. This unified energetic field represents the larger planetary body and universal consciousness, creating a vast, interconnected web.

The term Quinta Essentia, meaning “fifth essence,” refers to the purest and most concentrated form of a substance—otherwise known as the fifth element. In this sculpture, I use this concept to represent an imagined state within our society, embodying purity, transformation, and potential for renewal.
