The works reflect on the quiet power held within the body, drawing on themes of ancestry, womanhood, and transformation. Through forms that reference the body, nature, and spiritual knowledge passed between generations, the works consider how we carry memory, resilience, and possibility within us.

Presented as part of Worlds in the Making, the exhibition looks at processes of becoming—how experiences, histories, and inherited wisdom shape us over time. In dialogue with the Venice Biennale’s theme In Minor Keys, the work invites viewers to look closely at the subtle acts of endurance, care, and renewal that often go unseen, yet hold the power to create new ways of being.
